|Recommended: YesUpsal Hall — I really love my apartment I wish tenants would be more respectful of the property. For example the trash room is usually a mess because tenets throw raw garbage down the trash shoot and it goes everywhere. The smell on the first floor Lobby is pretty bad because of the trash room. The carpet is dirty outside of the trash room.
Food deliveries sometime get messy and there is usually leaking food from the front door to inside the elevator.
Maintenance is great and very professional. Marlene and Kim are amazing and have made me feel very welcome here
